How much will my order cost?

Since many factors influence the final price such as type and quantity of products, colors and complexity of artwork, and number of prints, we will offer you an individual price quote based on your personal needs.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

We have a minimum of 12 garments per design for screenprinting or embroidery.

What is your re-order policy?

Reorders are strongly encouraged by waiving set up fees for all reorders except for screenprinting less than 24 garments.

When and how do I pay for my order?

We accept an initial deposit of 50%; balance is due upon the receipt of the finished pieces unless other arrangements are made prior to job initiation.

How long will it take to complete my order? Is rush service available?

Typical turn around is 10-14 days for print-ready artwork supplied by the client. It's pretty routine to complete orders in less time when the schedule allows. Yes, rush service available.

Do you offer delivery? If so, is there a charge?

We deliver any order over 48 garments. Shipping is free of charge. If it must be shipped we will cover regular UPS ground charges.

Is there an art charge?

Typically, we include 30 minutes design time, free of charge. Our regular design rate is $50 per hour.
